How Your Order Ships

Crown Derm works with international suppliers to bring you premium products. Your order may be dispatched from overseas (including China or the USA) and will pass through South African customs upon arrival.

Import Duties & Taxes

Some orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by SARS (South African Revenue Service). These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping fee. Crown Derm has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, we are unable to issue a refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

Unexpected delays can occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier issues. If your shipment is delayed, we will do our best to notify you.

Lost or Damaged Items

We are not liable for packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged items.
